Welcome to Big Apple Getaways

The one bedroom apartment comes fully equipped, ready for your immediate occupancy. And it features free local and long distance phone calls (in the US and Canada) and free high speed internet service. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated and will be cleaned by a maid before your arrival, and then again after your departure. The apartment can sleep up to four people. Two in the bedroom, and two in the fold out couch in the living room.
You will feel like a pampered guest, and we hope you treat it like it is your own vacation residence.

From $250/night depending on season :

December pricing is $3000/wk
Deposit: $350. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from all deposits.
If you live abroad, we ship the keys UPS to all foreign addresses and charge $30 for the shipping to be deducted from your security deposit.

LIVING ROOM

Relax in a spacious living area featuring a sparkling view of Manhattan through a wall of windows, along with ample seating, cable TV, VCR and DVD players, and a dining area with table and chairs for four. The couch folds out into a queen size sleeper sofa, with a comfortable mattress.

Bedroom

Go to bed and wake up to wide, unparalleled, sky-top views of Manhattan. Our bedroom will pamper you with a queen bed (including quality linens, blankets, comforters and pillows), a seating area for relaxing, ample storage for your clothing and personal items in a large closet, plus a full dresser. In addition, there is a work desk with phone and access to high speed dsl. (Just bring your lap top and plug it in!) Enjoy a movie or cable tv from the comfort of your bed.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a full meal, thanks to our modern kitchen, offering stove and microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances, and all the silverware, plates, pots and pans you require to satisfy your culinary needs

The area immediately around the apartment is filled with restaurants, services, coffee shops, a gourmet supermarket and much much more. You wont’ find a better location for your vacation stay in New York.
Should you wish to range farther afield. The apartment is just minutes by subway or taxi from Chelsea, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chinatown, Lincoln Center, the upper west side, and more. There is even a subway station less than 50 yards from the front door of your apartment.
